    Long wait times, rude staff members and much more expensive than 90% of the doctors surgeries in close proximity. Why would I ever come back here?

    I had to make an appointment by phone. The person, Belinda, who made the appointment over the phone for me did her level best to work out the issues for me. She was polite, efficient, professional and swift, without being cold. Belinda is worth her weight in gold to the parctice at Blackbutt. The clinic is well-run and there are a lot of doctors there along with an excellent dietitian and other specialists.

    The online appointment booking system (Appointuit) for patients makes it much easier to organise my time, since I book outside of business hours
